Our answers to the most frequently asked questions

When is it possible to check in and check out?

For Hotel guest, check in is from 3pm, check out is until 11am.

For Apartment guests, check in is from 4 p.m., check out by 10 a.m.

For arrivals after midnight the night porter is present to hand over the keys.

Early/late check in/out are available on request at the Reception.

Are animals allowed?

We are sorry, but pets are not allowed on the Poiano complex.

Is it storage room free of charge? Can I use it after the check out?

Yes, the baggage room is free of charge and can be used also after the check out.

Where can we park our car?

Poiano Resort has wide, unguarded, free of charge parking lots close to each buildings.

Getting anywhere on foot can be healthy, everything can be reached quite easily.

Is it possible to charge the electric car?

The Poiano Resort is Porsche Destination Charging and has Porsche electric charging stations available to our guests (subject to charge).

Where can we store our bikes?

The Poiano offers a free bicycle storage.

Do you provide transfer services from/to major airport?

Yes, we do organize them.

Do apartment guests need to need to bring their own bedl inen and towels?

The price includes bed linen and towels (on the day of arrival).

Any changes are subject to a charge: € 10 per set of sheets and € 5 per set of towels.

For stays of 7 to 13 nights, a change of bathroom linen is provided halfway through the stay. For stays of a minimum of 14 nights, 2 changes of towels and 1 change of bed linen with tidying up of the flat (except kitchenette and garbage removal) are provided.

Does the Resort provide washer machine and dryer?

Yes, in the laundry room you can find washing machines and dryer (with a fee) and free iron+iron board available for all Guests.

Do you provide fresh bread for Apartment Guests?

Yes, fresh bread is availble every day in the shop.

Are children allowed in the Wellness Area?

No, only those over 18 years old are allowed in the Wellness Path.

From Sunday to Friday, from 14.00 to 15.00, the relaxation lagoon is dedicated to the family and children accompanied by their parents may enter, at a cost of € 5 per person including towel.

Do Guests need to bring their own bathrobe and slippers?

No, Guests are provided with a Spa Kit (bathrobe, towel, slippers) when they enter the Spa.

Where can Guest leave their belongings once entered in the Spa?

The Spa features changing rooms with lockers, where Guests can leave their items safely.

Please note, all hotel rooms are equipped with a free safe.

Are there showers in the Wellness Center?

The changing rooms of the Spa have showers and hair dryers.

Which credit cards are accepted?

All major credit cards are accepted, including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, EC Maestro.

Is there any entertainment in the Resort?

We offer a free entertainment service for a public of all ages: miniclub from 5 y.o. (available in rainy days as well), animation and sports for teenagers, evenings with live music for everybody.

The service is available from Easter to September.

Is there wifi?

Wifi is available for free in every building of the Resort.

Is it possible to print documents at the Reception?

Yes, you can print boarding passes for free at the Reception, other kinds of printing are available with a surcharge.

How can Guest reserve a table in the Restaurant?

You can book meals on spot, we remind you that you can pay less if you book them in advance.

Do you provide meals for Guests who are allergic or intolerant?

If you have any food intolerances or preferences, please let Reception know.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that food will not be contaminated.

Is the outdoor pool heated?

No, outdoor pool is not heated.

Do you rent pool towels?

A pool towel per person is provided in the pool, any changes are available for a fee.

Are there equipment for disabled people?

The hotel has a room with equipped bathroom and there is an elevator in each building.

Regarding the apartments, due to the compliance of the zone in which they are located, they are not recommended for guests with physical disabilities.

Is the city tax included in the rates?

No, the city tax is not included in the rates, therefore it has to be paid in cash on spot.

Which are the tennis and paddle court rules?

The resort has 4 clay tennis courts with lighting. They are not available in case of rain. It is possible to book the courts at the reception, as well as to rent rackets and balls and organise private lessons.

Use of the tennis courts is reserved for guests of the resort.

The resort has 2 padel courts, which are accessible to both guests and outsiders.

They can be reserved via the RadicalPadel App or at the reception, where racquets and balls can be rented.

Is it possible to rent bikes and e-bikes?

It is possible to hire bicycles, mountain bikes and e-bikes for adults and children.

Reservations are required 24 hours in advance.

How is the use of the Golf Driving Range regulated?

Access to the driving range is free for our guests, while access to the 2-hole course costs € 15 per person.

Balls cost € 2 per 30 balls.

At the hotel reception you can rent clubs and organise private and group lessons with a teacher (upon availability).

The golf driving range and the 2-hole course is available to both guests of the resort and outsiders.
