Arrivals and departures: daily

Check in: from 4 pm until 7 pm

Check out: not later than 10 am

Bed linen and towels: first supply included; when using the sofa bed, bed linen and towels are handled at the reception at check-in. Any changes are to be paid: 1 set of linen € 10 per person, 1 set of towels € 5 per person

Daily cleaning: not included, available on request at an additional cost of € 20 per hour

Safe: rentable at the reception desk € 2 per day

Deposit: € 200 (by credit card)

Travelbed for kids up to 4 year: rentable for € 5 per day

Washing and drying machine: € 5 each

Mountainbike: rentable at the reception 24 hours in advance.

Tennis: € 15.00 per hour/court – night light supplement Euro 5.00/hour/court. Possibility of private lessons and equipment hire. Not bookable in advance in April.

Padel: € 40.00 per court for 90 min. Private lessons and equipment rental possible.

Golf: golf driving range free of charge for guests. 2-hole par 4 course € 15.00 per day. Possibility of hiring equipment.

Wellness Path: € 15 per person per entrance, including kit (bathrobe, towel, slippers). Entrance must be booked in advance and reserved for over 18s.
SPA FAMILY HOUR: The Poiano Salt Lagoon The Spa is open for families from 2 to 3 p.m. every day except Saturdays (€ 5 per person per entrance).
