Faq

When is it possible to check in and check out in the Hotel?

Check in is from 3pm, check out is until 11am.

It's possible to use Resort facilites even if you are waiting for the room or you have already checked out.

Early/late check in/out are available on request at the Reception.

When is it possible to check in and check out in the Apartment?

Check in is from 4 to 7pm, check out is until 10am.

After 7pm and until midnight you can check in at the hotel Reception, after midnight you can collect them by the night porter.

You can use Resort facilities even if you are waiting for the apartment or have already checked out.

Is it storage room free of charge? Can I use it after the check out?

Yes, the baggage room is free of charge and can be used also after the check out.

Where can we park our car?

Poiano Resort has wide, unguarded, free of charge parking lots close to each buildings.

Getting anywhere on foot can be healthy, everything can be reached quite easily.

Where can we store our bikes?

The Poiano offers a free bicycle storage.

Do you provide transfer services from/to major airport?

Yes, we do organize them.

Yes, we do provide a free shuttle service with fixed schedule.

Do apartment guests need to need to bring their own bedl inen and towels?

No, the first supply is included in the rate.

If you need to change them, each set costs 8 euro.

Does the Resort provide washer machine and dryer?

Yes, in the laundry room you can find washing machines and dryer (with a fee) and free iron+iron board available for all Guests.

Do you provide fresh bread for Apartment Guests?

Yes, fresh bread is availble every day in the shop.

Are children allowed in the Wellness Area?

No, only those over 18 years old are allowed in the Wellness Path.

Do Guests need to bring their own bathrobe and slippers?

No, Guests are provided with a Spa Kit (bathrobe, towel, slippers) when they enter the Spa.

Where can Guest leave their belongings once entered in the Spa?

The Spa features changing rooms with lockers, where Guests can leave their items safely.

Please note, all hotel rooms are equipped with a free safe.

Are there showers in the Wellness Center?

The changing rooms of the Spa have showers and hair dryers.

Which credit cards are accepted?

All major credit cards are accepted, including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, EC Maestro.

Is there any entertainment in the Resort?

We offer a free entertainment service for a public of all ages: miniclub from 5 y.o. (available in rainy days as well), babyclub for our youngest guests, animation and sports for teenagers, evenings with live music for everybody.

Do you provide baby-sitting service?

Yes, for our youngest guests it's possible to request baby-sitting service with surcharge.

Is there wifi?

Wifi is available in every building of the Resort, the first 30 minutes are free.

Is it possible to print documents at the Reception?

Yes, you can print at the Reception boarding passes for free, while other kinds of printing are available with a surcharge.

How can Guest reserve a table in the Restaurant?

You can book meals on spot, we remind you that you can pay less if you book them in advance.

Do you provide meals for Guests who are allergic or intolerant?

Yes, we do, you only have to give notice at the reception, e.g. we provide gluten-free bread for breakfast and vegetarian menu for dinner.

Is the outdoor pool heated?

No, outdoor pool is not heated.

Is the swim cap necessary?

No, it's not.

Do you rent pool towels?

You can rent them on spot for a small fee or bring your own.

Are there equipment for disabled people?

The hotel has a room with equipped bathroom and there is an elevator in each building.


Regarding the apartments, due to the compliance of the zone in which they are located, they are not recommended for guests with physical disabilities.



Is the city tax included in the rates?

No, the city tax is not included in the rates, therefore it has to be paid in cash on spot.

Which are the tennis court rules?

The resort provides 6 red clay tennis courts (4 floodlit in the evenings).

They are not available in case of rain.

At the Reception you can rent tennis courts, tennis rackets and balls and organize private tennis lessons.
